DogFest is the UK's summer festival for dogs and Julius K9 has been attending all three DogFest 2018 events, with stalls at the North, West and South festivals.

The action-packed festival takes place at three locations in Hertfordshire, Cheshire, and Bristol for two days at each location. They have everything from a great dog walk and a dog activity ring to live music featuring Emma Stevens and plenty of food trucks to try and stalls to shop at.

This year’s festival is jam-packed with entertainment with lots of dog display shows to come and watch, including the UK Disc Dog Association Flying Dogs Display where you can see incredible disc catching skills and routines, and even have to chance to take part. There is also a fun Dog and Duck show which is a brilliant demonstration on a dogs’ natural behavioural instinct.

Our personal favourite is the Conquest K9 Dog Display, which showcases acts of agility, criminal work, control work and even jumps of fire. It’s a great show for professional dog handlers.

But there are also many activities for your dog to try out! If your dog loves water they’ll love the Dog Diving pool. A perfect way to cool off, especially for this coming weekend where it will be hitting the mid-20s.

There is also the Hay Bale Race, Agility Course, Flyball Sprint Race and our personal favourite, the Fun Dog Show which includes prizes for Happiest Dog, Best Rescue Dog and Golden Oldie.
