Shipping & Delivery

We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect the package at delivery

Do not accept any packages with signs of damage, please have the package sent back. We further request that any concerns be immediately relayed to us via our e-mail contact form.

We aim to deliver your Julius-K9 order within 7 working days in the UK, most cases (dog harnesses, collars, leashes) delivered in 2-3 days or less. Some items* may take longer, but if you have not received your order (accept Unique Personalised Labels) within 2 weeks from cleared payment, please contact us via our email form or phone: +44 (0) 1405 860574 (Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm except Bank Holidays)

*Personalised unique "wish" label may take up to 3 weeks and will be shipped separate from the rest of your order, full protective training clothing may take up to 5 weeks to deliver as it is manufactured to individual size and/or request. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns & Replacements

Our returns policy to enables you to return products to us within 7 days following the date of receipt of the product. The returned product has to be in its original condition with any labels still attached, in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. If returning dog harnesses please ensure they are clean and doggy hair free! If there is evidence of use other than trying it on then we reserve the right to deduct a small charge to cover the loss of the value of the item. Please include a note saying the reason for the return and your name, email address and order number. You will be responsible to the cost of returning the item. Please return faulty items using 2nd class recorded delivery only (We will not pay for any other types of returns).

If you return an item to us as you have changed your mind or it isn't as you expected then this must be done so within 7 days of receipt, once the item is back with us and has been checked we can then issue a refund. Please note that items should be returned in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition otherwise we reserve the right to charge to re-package the goods.

If your order appears to be damaged upon arrival then we would ask you not to sign for this and ask the driver to return this to us.

If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with either the post office or courier, a re-delivery charge is payable to us before we will resend your package.

Unfortunately we cannot pay for returns costs on items sent internationally.
